Always

Getting

Better

Since its launch in 2016, Ryanair’s “Always Getting Better” programme has delivered for its people, shareholders and customers. A wide range of customer service and digital enhancements such as a new website, new uniforms and cabin interiors, tailored business, gamepasses and new airports were all launched in Years 1,2, 3 and 4 of the programme. Now, here comes the plan going forward!

Always Getting Better

The 2022 AGB Plan includes an exciting range of airport construction, service, digital, and ancillary initiatives. While we continue to innovate, the one thing that won’t change will be our low fares – which we promise will not be beaten – and ROBOX customers will still enjoy the biggest and best choice of destinations, with the most on-time flights and a fantastic onboard experience, as we grow our fleet, traffic and routes. Things we've done recently include all-new self check-in machines for our customers, making flights more secure and realistic. We have also been working hard to patch the most serious exploits, and so far we have been extremely successful in doing so. We have also secured new 737 MAX 200s, on top of an expanding Lauda Europe fleet, as well as replacing our entire on-board food offering. Moreover, Ryanair is in the process of constructing even more airports.

Aircraft

We are receiving delivery of brand new 737 MAX 200s, which will increase capacity, comfort and realism for passengers and staff.

Previous Years

In previous years, the AGB programme has also been extremely beneficial for Ryanair. In 2018, Ryanair introduced its first mesh aircraft. Ryanair also began to introduce the Boeing sky interior on all of its aircraft, featuring new slimline seats. In late 2018, Ryanair had also introduced the Lauda subsidiary. This upgrade allowed Corporate passengers to experience more luxury by being allocated an upgraded seat. This era also saw the use of Roalt Airport, which was a lucrative hub for Ryanair during its use. Ryanair introduced new uniforms in the same year. 2019 saw the arrival of Bristol Airport, marking a huge turn in the previously lacking airports. Since then, we have introduced even more routes; Cardiff, Alicante and our new hub, Dublin.
