Description

Ryanair is one of the busiest airlines on ROBLOX. With such size comes responsibility and support needs. Our Customer Service team handles queries, concerns, feedback and complaints on Twitter, ROBLOX group wall and Discord.
 
We are on the look out for dedicated Customer Care Escalations Agents to join our team. You will start in the Talent Pool, where you will receive training, before qualifying and getting to the task. Experience in customer service is advantageous to your application.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have the unrestricted right to use ROBLOX and Discord and be over the age of 13

  • Your account must be over 100 days old at the time of applying

  • It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and good at resolving conflicts

  • Must have a laptop or computer

  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease, utilising acceptable spelling, punctuation and grammar

  • Able to provide high level customer service and retain lots of information
